Dr Hisashi Kuboyama is Development Manager for the Federation of Small Business (FSB).  FSB offers its members a wide range of vital business services including advice, financial expertise, support and a powerful voice heard in government.  Its mission is to help smaller businesses achieve their ambitions.  Hisashi’s role involves lobbying national and local decision-makers for a better business environment on behalf of over 1,600 members in the Lanarkshire area.  He also leads on FSB's organisational development in the West of Scotland by identifying opportunities to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.  He sits on a number of high-level and strategic economic development partnerships to represent FSB members and wider small business communities including Glasgow Partnership for Economic Growth, Renfrewshire Economic Leadership Panel, Ayrshire Regional Economic Partnership, Stirling and Clackmannanshire Regional Economic Forum, Inverclyde Task Force, East Dunbartonshire Economic Partnership and Argyll Economic Resilience Forum.
