Kay is the General Manager of South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture which provides a wide range of health and wellbeing services across South Lanarkshire including sport and physical activity, arts, culture, library services, country parks, health prevention and early intervention programmes and more.

Kay has worked in the public and third sector across Scotland for over 19 years, working with numerous national and local partners, leading strategy development and achieving outcomes locally.

Kay is also the Vice Chair of the Sportscotland Trust having served on the Board for seven years and is passionate about making a positive difference for local communities.
