Children and Young People Improvement Collaborative (CYPIC)
The National Approach
The CYPIC has set a number of stretch aims across the journey of a child. A stretch aim is an aim that will literally stretch us if we are going to achieve it. It will not be enough to work harder - we need to work smarter and make changes to realise our aim.
Our stretch aims revolve around ensuring that children are born healthy and continue to develop in a healthy way meaning that they achieve their expected developmental milestones and educational outcomes at key points in their lives as well as closing the inequality gap.
